ENGL 0999 - Support for English Composition

This course is the co-requisite for students to obtain the extra help they need for ENGL 1101, First Year Composition. The course functionsas a workshop in which students can learn and develop as writers while they are also enrolled in the credit-base ENGL 1101 course. The focus of the course is critical thinking and good writing as adaptable to a variety of contexts with an emphasis on exposition, analysis, and argument. Support for the research process will also be addressed.
