BIOL 4700 - Interdisciplinary Applications of Biology (3) Credit Hours Prerequisite: Completion of at least 28 hours of biology courses and/or 3000 level and higher CHEM and/or BCHM courses Capstone problem-solving course required for all biology majors. Upon completion of this course, students will: (1) use library and internet resources to gather, organize and understand information; (2) apply biological principles and information to real world issues; (3) analyze real world issues from a scientific, political, economic and social perspective; (4) effectively and clearly communicate scientific information in written and oral form.
