FILM 2700 - Film History (3) Credit Hours Prerequisite: ENGL 0999 This course provides students with an understanding of the historical links between film technologies, narratives, styles, spectatorship, and subjects, by examining the major developments and movements in the history of motion pictures. The course will consider major historical trends in cinema that have shaped peoples’ experiences and influenced the ways in which they have engaged with the world through the medium of film.
