SCM 3500 - Supply Chain Modeling and Analysis (3) Credit Hours Prerequisite: SCM 3000 ; MGMT 3150 or (MGMT 4600 and BUSA 3100 ) This course provides an analytical approach to understanding the supply chain process and solving problems in the supply chain with an emphasis on model formulation, solution techniques, and interpretation of results. Specific topics covered in this course include: techniques such as linear, integer, goal and multi objective programming, queuing theory and applications, decision support via Monte Carlo simulation, decision making under uncertainty and risk decision trees, and multi-criteria, decision making. Excel along with ASPE are the main analytical tools.
