HDAS 2000 - Introduction to Human Development and Aging Services

Prerequisite: ENGL 1101  
This course is for students seeking in-depth study of specialized HDAS-related topics and who want to engage in independent or faculty-led research projects. This course promotes faculty-student research leading to potential publications, professional conference presentations, and rigorous preparation for graduate school. Students wishing to enroll in this course must submit a brief proposal and co-develop course objectives and outcomes with the instructor. All proposals must be further reviewed by the Chair of Studies to verify curriculum and determine credit hours. Course requirements must include an impactful deliverable such as a research paper or conference presentation.
