This course uses established project management principles and examines the use of systematic processes for maximizing resources for work within optimum cost and time parameters. The methodology includes identification of individual tasks, time implications and costs of each task; logical workflows and bottlenecks; analysis of corrective actions; balancing cost parameters against time impacts; and utilization of appropriate software to analyze projected scenarios to create optimization.
