ITEC 3130 - Web Programming and Design (4) Credit Hours Prerequisite: ITEC 2130 ITEC 2140 This course introduces basic concepts and skills in client-side web programming and design. Upon completion of the course students will be able to: 1) Utilize basic data and control structures (variables, arrays, conditionals, loops, functions, objects) in client-side web programming; 2) Manipulate web pages using client-side programming techniques; 3) Utilize appropriate technology to send/retrieve data to/from a web server; 4) Describe various technologies and frameworks used for web programming and design; 5) Apply user interface design rules and principles in web page design and implementation.
