CJCR 4350 - Criminal Law (3) Credit Hours Prerequisite: CJCR 1100 , ENGL 1102 , CJCR 3200 with a “C” or better An examination of the substantive criminal law, its origin and sources, the elements of crime, and modifying circumstances and defenses. Also discussed are offenses against the person and property, those offenses involving specific intent, and public welfare offenses.
