ENGL 4630 - Studies in Modern Literature (3) Credit Hours Prerequisite: ENGL 1102 and completion of one 2000 level literature survey This course introduces the key elements of modern fiction and poetry (history, authorial techniques, major/minor authors and theories) that provide students with the necessary tools to read, think, and write critically about the genre and period.
