MKTG 3000 - Principles of Marketing (3) Credit Hours Prerequisite: BUSA 2105 ; BUSA 2106 or (POLS 3010 AND COMM 3000) for a major in Arts Administration This course is an introduction to the basic principles of marketing and the marketing environment. Topics include consumer markets, channels of distribution, product and pricing policies, promotion and ethical planning. Course topics are examined independently as well as with regard to cultural differences that impact today’s global economy.
