PSYC 2400 - Abnormal Psychology (3) Credit Hours Prerequisite: ENGL 1102 This course explores the field of abnormal psychology. Abnormality will be presented through socio-historical and cultural contexts. The course will examine several theories of abnormality and the etiology, diagnosis, and treatment of major psychological disorders. In addition, the course will explore research issues related to disorders and treatments. The course will also present legal and social issues in the field of mental health.
